There’s a place that is liminal. A womb-like space we were taught was dark and evil. But what if this is where you are reborn?

The confusion you feel isn’t wrong or misdirected. It is a sacred space of rebirthing. The place where you go to shed the identities given to you and arise as the REAL YOU.

Seen is a container where I will hold you in safety. I will see you deeper than you’ve been seen and you will change because of it. This is because the process will no longer allow you to hide yourself. To take shelter in what is culturally acceptable nor what who your family told you to be.

Instead, you will take your dream world and begin to anchor it in the real.

This isn’t manifestation work. And it isn’t pretending to be someone you’re not until the real you arrives. No. This is authenticity work. A decent into the darkness to bring forth the TRUTH OF YOU.

What to expect

7 Zoom meetings approximately 90 minutes long with others ready to shed their masks
✺

A writing based experience to help you dive deep into yourself to both expose the falsehoods and release the truths
✺

Reflections to work on between sessions to assist in making sense of the experience
✺

Ceremonies to open, close, and make passage throughout this sacred container
✺

A maximum of 13 women to ensure the sacredness of the experience is held and safety of expression is inviolable
✺

A stripping away of what no longer serves and a newfound expression of yourself that you can now take into the world

Focus of each weekly experience:

IDENTITY

We will build and consecrate the container. Followed by an exploration of identity - those given to us and those we are ready to question.
